Cancellations & Returns (General Policy)

All of our products are made to order and shipped internationally. Therefore, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted as a general rule once an order has been confirmed.

Initial Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and check for any damage or defects.
If your item arrives in a damaged condition, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact details below.
After reviewing the situation, we will either:
offer a replacement, or send a new item without requiring an exchange.
The method of resolution will depend on the condition of the item and the destination country or region.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period) Based on Applicable Laws

In certain countries or regions (such as the European Union), consumer protection laws may grant customers a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for distance sales.
If you reside in a country or region where such laws apply, we will handle your request in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items, such as products with name engraving or other customer-specific requests, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable laws.

Return Shipping Costs

In cases where an item arrives damaged or due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Please note that return instructions will be provided by us, so do not return any items without contacting us in advance.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for customer convenience,
return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the laws of a specific country or region require otherwise, we will comply with the applicable regulations.
