Shipping

All of our products are made to order. From order confirmation to shipment, it usually takes approximately 1–2 months. The estimated shipping date is listed on each product page for your reference.
Each item is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans. While it takes time, we deliver a one-of-a-kind product filled with warmth and care.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, but after shipment, delivery usually takes about one week. Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, social situations, import regulations, or quarantine procedures.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

We currently ship to the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, major EU countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Nordic countries), South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia.
Please note that we may not be able to accept orders depending on local conditions, regulations, or other circumstances.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.

Ordering & Payment

We accept Shopify Payments and PayPal. Shopify Payments supports major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Available card types may vary depending on your country, region, or card issuer.

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Your payment provider may automatically convert the amount to your local currency based on the applicable exchange rate and fees.

We do not offer gift wrapping. However, all items are carefully packed in packaging suitable for international shipping.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number.

Yes. A DHL tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

As all items are made to order and shipped internationally, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order is confirmed. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact form or email (info@wooden-toy.net) in Japanese or English. We will review the situation and assist you accordingly.

Products

All products are made from solid wood sourced in Japan and finished with natural, child-safe paints suitable for babies and young children.

If a defect or malfunction occurs within one year of delivery under normal use, we will be happy to provide a replacement or other appropriate support. Please note that our response may vary depending on the country and condition of the item. Please contact us first via our contact form or email (info@wooden-toy.net) in Japanese or English.

For daily care, simply wipe with a dry cloth. If the product becomes dirty, gently wipe it with a tightly wrung damp cloth. We do not recommend using alcohol-based disinfectants as they may cause discoloration of the wood. If necessary, apply alcohol to a cloth before wiping.

Other Questions

The product price generally includes estimated customs duties and import taxes, so in most cases, no additional payment is required upon delivery. However, depending on the destination country’s regulations and customs decisions, additional taxes or fees may apply. In such cases, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer support is provided during Japan Standard Time (JST). Due to time zone differences, responses may take some time. Thank you for your understanding.
