Seesaw Toy

How to Play – Discover Balance
This is a wooden seesaw game where children place animals of different sizes and watch how the seesaw moves. Try placing the large elephant on one side, then balance it with smaller animals such as the rabbit, bear, and pig. Through hands-on play, children naturally begin to understand the relationship between size, weight, and balance.

How to Play – Story Play with Animals
The animal figures invite imaginative storytelling. Children often bring home stories from preschool featuring animals, and this set allows them to recreate and expand those stories. The large tree becomes a stage where animals live, meet, and interact, encouraging creative expression through pretend play.
How to Play – Balance Games and Challenges
The seesaw can also be enjoyed as a simple game. One player places an animal on one side, and the challenger chooses an animal for the opposite side. If the seesaw balances when released, the challenger wins; if it tips, they lose.
You can also draw a simple course on paper and use dice to create a board game-style activity, using the animals as playing pieces. Inventing rules together is part of the fun, making this a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to play together.

About the Characters
The set includes eight animal characters and one tree. There is a large elephant designed for the seesaw, a tiny snake, a friendly rabbit and bear, a slender giraffe, a big hippopotamus, and a pig. Also included is a unique, alien-like character named “Gyarako,” who adds a playful and unexpected touch to the group.
Each piece is carefully crafted from natural wood, with attention paid to the individual character of each animal. The seesaw and all figures are left unpainted and uncoated, allowing children to enjoy the natural texture and warmth of the wood.

Includes a storage pouch.
